You define the warning thresholds yourself: as a percentage for the remaining quantity, in days for the validity period. Certificates awaiting approval are created with a # prefix – they never appear on any form until the real ESN number is assigned after approval.

Process depth
Producers come from the customer master, sites of origin from the delivery sites, transporters from the carrier master, disposers from the facility master – each with their waste-law numbers and the eANV exemption number. No duplicate maintenance.
Per facility you store maximum daily tonnages per waste code – if the limit is exceeded during data entry, the system raises an alert automatically.
Copy consignment and acceptance notes, create blank notes for a certificate and print them in batches – so drivers and deliveries are prepared even when things get busy.
When a weighbridge ticket or transport order is saved, CONWIN automatically takes the quantity into the consignment note as net weight – deviating units are converted to tonnes via the material master.
Record incidents, misdeclarations and inspections in a structured way using freely definable operations-log groups – signed driver daily reports can be filed as part of the log.
