From the weighbridge to the wheel-loader scale: CONWIN controls your vehicle scales, captures weighings fully automatically and documents them compliantly – for waste companies, recycling yards and landfills.
Automate weigh-in and weigh-out and document every transaction seamlessly.
Vehicles are weighed in and out automatically via barcode, transponder or ID card – optionally with no staff at the scale at all. Once complete, the system prints the weighing note automatically.
Direct connection to any number of weighbridges and vehicle scales, plus integration of wheel-loader scales (Pfreundt pOffice). The weight value is imported automatically.
Up to three IP cameras document every gross weighing with a photo, and electronic signature capture secures weighing slips in a tamper-proof way.
Live weighing, the yard list and unattended mode interlock in CONWIN – three stations from everyday life at the weighbridge.
The operator triggers gross and tare weighing straight from CONWIN – the weight value is taken over automatically and cannot be edited afterwards.
Operate up to two scales in parallel at one workstation. There are three ways to the empty weight: tare weighing on the scale, automatic tare from the vehicle master including container empty weights, or manual tare – the ticket always records how the tare was determined. The density display (net weight vs. volume) helps assess rubble and construction site waste.
Several open weighing processes run in parallel – at rush hour the licence plate is enough at first, details are completed before printing.
With "to the yard" you park the process while the vehicle tips off, and serve the next one. Via the mobile yard app, your staff see ticket data on tablet or smartphone in the local WLAN, adjust material and remarks and attach photos directly to the ticket.
Vehicles identify themselves via barcode, transponder or ID card and are weighed in and out without any operator input.
The system prints the weighing note automatically, and the link to transport orders ensures every weighing lands on the right process. Up to three IP cameras store an image with every gross weighing – filed on a network path without burdening the database.
Yard & barrier
Every weighing produces weighing, acceptance or delivery notes that are handed over to invoicing automatically. The yard list handles several open transactions in parallel without slowing down operations at the barrier.
Whether own delivery, third-party delivery or third-party weighing as a service – cash customers are handled cleanly too, with direct till integration.
End-to-end process
Licence plate or delivery note number pulls up the master data – for regulars, CONWIN reuses the data from the last ticket. Gross weight at a keystroke, the camera image is stored automatically.
Status: Gate-inWhile the vehicle tips off, the process waits in the yard list – the scale is free for the next vehicle. Material, remarks and photos are added via the yard app.
Yard listFetch the process "from the yard", weigh the tare or take it from the vehicle master – the deliverer and optionally the weighmaster sign digitally on the pad.
Status: Gate-outSaving creates a billable delivery note instantly – cash customers get their receipt right at the scale, and quantities flow into the waste-stream journal and balances.
Uninvoiced → InvoicedWheel-loader scales & Pfreundt
Via the automated data exchange with the Pfreundt web portal (WK60), weighing data flows into the CONWIN ERP by the minute – customers, delivery sites, materials and multi-orders are synchronised automatically.
For multi-orders, the wheel-loader driver only enters the order number – customer, delivery site and material are taken over fully automatically.
The exchange runs every minute in both directions – every weighing is available as an outgoing weighing ready for invoicing.
Alternatively, use the interface to Pfreundt pOffice (P-Control) – with transport-order export and automatic weighing-data import.
Legally documented
The EWC waste catalog is already included, and you can freely add your own internal waste codes – including support for the German LAGA M 23 guidance for classifying hazardous waste.
Material-flow journal, quantity and waste balances per facility, customer and source, and the operating logbook are generated automatically from the weighing data – record-keeping at the push of a button.
Documentation & integrity
From the weight value to the signature: CONWIN protects the integrity of every weighing process – automatically.
Weighed values are excluded from subsequent corrections – errors are cancelled and re-entered, never overwritten.
Any subsequent correction automatically invalidates captured signatures – and if you wish, the system refuses to save without a signature at all.
Up to three IP cameras automatically store an image with the ticket at every gross weighing.
The ticket always records how the tare weight was determined – manually, on the scale, or automatically from the vehicle master.
Maximum daily tonnages per waste code and facility trigger an alert when exceeded – and the text required by the German substitute building materials ordinance (EBV) can be printed on the ticket.
Process depth
Inbound, outbound, residues, third-party weighing as a service, and control weighing – which types are allowed is configured per company. Third-party weighings stay cleanly out of the waste balance.
Tare weighing on the scale, automatic tare from the vehicle master including container empty weights – with write-back and monitoring of the last tare weighing – or manual tare, always recorded on the ticket.
Cash acceptance and cash sales with an immediate receipt at the scale, automatic transfer to the cash book and the daily cash report. For materials without a fixed price there are "miscellaneous" items with free price entry.
Tickets of your own vehicles are automatically flagged as "internal" – the transport order is billed, and the waste-stream balance still adds up.
Contribution margin I is available right on the weighbridge ticket – with costs stored per material, customer or facility. Subcontractor settlement documents are created automatically during entry.

Questions & Answers
Usually yes. CONWIN supports the direct connection of any number of weighbridges and vehicle scales as well as wheel-loader scales (e.g. Pfreundt). The weight value is imported automatically.
Yes. With automatic weighing, vehicles are weighed in and out automatically via barcode, transponder or ID card – with no staff at the scale and with automatic printing of the weighing note.
Up to three IP cameras capture every gross weighing, and electronic signature capture links signatures to the weighing slip in a tamper-proof way. A later correction automatically invalidates the signature.
Yes. Cash acceptance and cash sales are supported directly at the weighing station, with optional coupling to the CONWIN till module.
The EWC catalog is included; the material-flow journal, quantity and waste balances and the operating logbook are generated automatically from the weighing data – record-keeping in line with KrWG included.
Three ways: tare weighing (the empty vehicle is weighed), automatic tare from the empty weights stored in the vehicle master including container tare, or manual tare. The ticket always records how the tare was determined – weighed tare values can be written back to the vehicle master directly.
Via the yard list: open weighing processes are parked, and when queues form, the licence plate is enough at first – details are completed before the ticket is printed. With the mobile yard app, staff see the data on tablet or smartphone in the WLAN and attach photos directly to the ticket.
Yes, in two ways: via the automated data exchange with the Pfreundt web portal (scale type WK60) with minute-by-minute synchronisation of master data, multi-orders and tickets – or classically via the interface to Pfreundt pOffice (P-Control).
Master data on the ticket can be corrected – weight values cannot. A wrong weight is cancelled and re-entered. Any subsequent correction automatically invalidates captured electronic signatures.
