Several open weighing processes run in parallel – at rush hour the licence plate is enough at first, details are completed before printing.
With "to the yard" you park the process while the vehicle tips off, and serve the next one. Via the mobile yard app, your staff see ticket data on tablet or smartphone in the local WLAN, adjust material and remarks and attach photos directly to the ticket.

Via the automated data exchange with the Pfreundt web portal (WK60), weighing data flows into the CONWIN ERP by the minute – customers, delivery sites, materials and multi-orders are synchronised automatically.
For multi-orders, the wheel-loader driver only enters the order number – customer, delivery site and material are taken over fully automatically.
The exchange runs every minute in both directions – every weighing is available as an outgoing weighing ready for invoicing.
Alternatively, use the interface to Pfreundt pOffice (P-Control) – with transport-order export and automatic weighing-data import.
Legally documented
The EWC waste catalog is already included, and you can freely add your own internal waste codes – including support for the German LAGA M 23 guidance for classifying hazardous waste.
Material-flow journal, quantity and waste balances per facility, customer and source, and the operating logbook are generated automatically from the weighing data – record-keeping at the push of a button.

Weighed values are excluded from subsequent corrections – errors are cancelled and re-entered, never overwritten.
Any subsequent correction automatically invalidates captured signatures – and if you wish, the system refuses to save without a signature at all.
Up to three IP cameras automatically store an image with the ticket at every gross weighing.
The ticket always records how the tare weight was determined – manually, on the scale, or automatically from the vehicle master.
Maximum daily tonnages per waste code and facility trigger an alert when exceeded – and the text required by the German substitute building materials ordinance (EBV) can be printed on the ticket.

Inbound, outbound, residues, third-party weighing as a service, and control weighing – which types are allowed is configured per company. Third-party weighings stay cleanly out of the waste balance.
