THE GAMECHANGER FOR YOUR YARD
Automatic data transfer to the wheel loader. No more typing errors. Minutely digital import of the weighing ticket directly into your ERP system for immediate invoicing.
Benefit from tailored functions developed specifically for the enormous pacing of the bulk material and waste management industry.
Full data exchange with Pfreundt (e.g., WK60). Order data is sent to the loader, digital weighing tickets are imported into the ERP every minute. No manual entries, no lost tickets.
Bundle multiple processes flexibly in a single multi-trip order, making order processing significantly more productive. The system automatically generates all relevant transport documents.
The contribution margin can be calculated immediately for driving orders and weighing tickets. You always know exactly how profitable individual transports, vehicles, or customers really are.
Strong connection to waste disposal records (eANV/Modawi). Accompanying documents according to KrWG are created fully automatically using the integrated AVV catalog.
Customer and driver signatures are recorded electronically and legally securely in the vehicle. The digital delivery note is then immediately sent to the customer as a PDF receipt.
Data from completed orders and weighing tickets are automatically transferred to invoicing. This enormously accelerates the billing process and prevents manual errors.
Transport order, daily tonnages and wheel-loader loading interlock seamlessly in CONWIN – three stations from everyday bulk-material work.
The "transport" order type captures customer, site, material and quantity – invoice items are generated automatically.
In the background, CONWIN checks credit limit, duplicates and plausibility. Prices come from base, special and area-based prices – areas are defined via postcodes, narrowed down to district, street and house number where needed.
The transport module tracks daily tonnages and monitors completion during execution – from "ordered" to "invoiced".
Vehicle and driver dispatching with route sequence, printed route and dispatch lists – or direct transfer to the vehicle display via telematics, with automatic feedback of status, completion times and vehicle positions.
The wheel-loader driver only enters the multi-order number – customer, delivery site and material are loaded by the Pfreundt scale automatically.
Weighing tickets flow back into the ERP digitally by the minute and are instantly available as outgoing weighings ready for invoicing – data loss is technically ruled out. Several materials can be selected per order, and for framework contracts with target quantities there are recurring orders.
End-to-end process
Capture the transport order with customer, site, material and quantity – line items are generated automatically from base, special and area-based prices.
Status: OrderedAssign vehicle and driver, plan the route sequence – via telematics the order appears directly on the display in the vehicle, alternatively as a printed route list.
Dispatched → AssignedLoading via the Pfreundt wheel-loader scale or outgoing weighing at the weighbridge – material stock books out automatically, accompanying documents are created along the way where needed.
Digital weighing ticketDigital delivery note with electronic signature and PDF dispatch – saved weighing tickets are instantly billable, and the contribution margin per trip is one click away.
Completed → InvoicedSales ex works
Whether delivery or sale ex yard: the outgoing weighing at the weighbridge takes over the weight automatically – and saving instantly creates a billable delivery note in invoicing.
Material stock management books quantities automatically with every ticket and transport order – including de-fractioning of mixtures.
Cash customers get their receipt right at the scale – linked to the cash book with the daily cash report.
The intake and sales overview across all facilities and materials shows the most cost-effective facility per material at a glance.
Dispatching Showcase
Monitor in real-time where your bulk trucks are located and what the status of current transports is. This allows dispatchers to react immediately to changes and avoid empty runs.
Subcontractors & settlement
The vehicle master distinguishes own, sub and third-party vehicles – and subcontractor settlement creates remittances automatically during transport-order post-processing or collectively per period.
Settle via credit note to the subcontractor – or as an audit run against their incoming invoice.
Price agreements per customer, delivery site and material with validity periods – effective automatically once the order is released.
Costs are stored separately for own and third-party vehicles – the contribution margin per trip is available instantly.

FAQ
Yes. CONWIN connects weighbridges directly – the weighing process is triggered from the software and weights are taken over automatically. There are over 250 interfaces to third-party systems and scale manufacturers, and individual connections are possible. For wheel-loader scales, the Pfreundt synchronisation (WK60 via web portal, pOffice via P-Control) is documented as standard.
A multi-trip order allows you to flexibly bundle several processes or partial deliveries into a single order. This massively accelerates processing and billing.
Absolutely. With the CONWIN Sign-App, drivers record customer signatures in a GDPR-compliant and audit-proof manner directly on the device. The PDF document is immediately archived in the system.
Yes, our solution offers deep integration (via Modawi) for managing waste disposal records according to KrWG, including the integrated AVV catalog.
Yes. Areas and regions are defined via postcodes – narrowed down to district, street and house number where needed. Each area has its own price groups, optionally customer-specific; addresses are assigned to the right area automatically.
As an outgoing weighing (delivery/sale) at the scale – including cash sales with till connection. Saving the ticket instantly creates a billable delivery note, and material stock management books the quantities out automatically.
Via subcontractor settlement: remittances are created automatically during transport-order post-processing or as a collective settlement per period – either as a credit note or as an audit run against the subcontractor’s incoming invoice. Conditions are stored per customer, delivery site and material with validity periods.
For these there are recurring orders analogous to the multi-order: the target quantity is stored, individual transports run against it – including daily tonnage tracking in the transport module.
