Via "quotation to delivery note", the acceptance becomes the order directly – and the quoted prices can be stored as customer-, site- or order-specific special prices with a validity date. They then apply automatically to all further orders and billing.
One run invoices all reviewed delivery notes – following the invoicing cycle and structure defined in the customer master.
Invoice or credit note is recognised automatically by the sign, and revenue account assignment runs per line item. Customers set to e-mail delivery receive their invoice in ZUGFeRD format straight from the run – you see immediately how many were sent, and delivery errors are filtered out in the invoice browser.
Third-party documents such as external weighbridge tickets are digitised via barcode – CONWIN handles the assignment to the record.
Print the barcode from CONWIN, stick it on the document, scan – done. The button on the scanner already decides whether the document is sent as an invoice attachment with the e-invoice or just filed. Document separation and assignment run fully automatically; anything unprocessed lands visibly in its own folder.

With e-invoicing master data in place, CONWIN creates all outgoing invoices in ZUGFeRD format – a PDF with embedded XML structure, sent via your own SMTP server with SSL/TLS encryption.
Your stationery sits behind every document as a PDF/A-3 background – with its own sender address, subject and mail text per document type.
Documents such as weighbridge tickets or delivery notes accompany the invoice – merged, as one separate PDF or individually, configured globally or per customer.
The invoice shows when and to which address it was sent – delivery errors surface via a dedicated filter in the invoice browser.

CONWIN connects to scales (incl. Pfreundt wheel-loader scales), telematics (TomTom & CONWIN), accounting (DATEV etc.), ESTOS telephony and customer portals – more than 250 established interfaces from 20 years of industry practice.
Your data stays safe: we create a daily encrypted backup in a German data center and provide an emergency system. After an outage, fire or cyber-attack you are back up and running within hours.

Accounting and scale interfaces are included as standard – among them DATEV, SAP, Navision, Systec, Pfister and Pfreundt. Outgoing invoices and customer master data are handed over; open items can be re-imported for the credit-limit check during order entry.
